Mergers and aquisitions In the last 10 years, we have been involved in more than 50 business sales. Most assignments have been individual, but we also have ongoing assignments from groups who want to buy growth, and who choose not to come forward with their full name. We often assist in the run-up to a sale, where we work together with management or the board as a resource to assess opportunities to increase the value of the sale object. Valuation of fixed assets
Bizraise AS offers valuation of fixed assets with "arm's length" where auditors, lawyers and accounting firms need external confirmation of values in connection with, among other things. corporate sales, and in merger and fission processes. - 1. Review of book value
We go through the company's fixed asset register and assess whether the fixed asset is in the correct depreciation class. We remove obsolete fixed assets and ensure that the list is correct. - 2. Verification
We carry out a physical verification of the fixed asset and document this with pictures. - 3. Finding real value in the market

We document discrepancies between book value and market value, which are presented in a clear report.
