De siste 10 årene har vi vært involvert i mer enn 50 bedriftssalg. De fleste oppdrag har vært individuelle, men vi har også stående oppdrag fra grupperinger som ønsker å kjøpe vekst, og som velger å ikke stå fram med fullt navn. Vi bistår ofte i oppløp til et salg, der vi går sammen med ledelse eller styre som en ressurs for å vurdere muligheter til å øke verdien på salgsobjektet. En salgsprosess tar gjerne 12 – 18 måneder. Bizraise ser verdien med innholdsmsarkedsføring og legger merke til at mange bedrifter sliter med å produsere innhold på sosiale medier. Ved å være aktiv på sosiale medier vil nye kunder se bedriftens ønske om å være tilgjengelig for kundene. Samtidig vil det bidra til søkemotoroptimalisering, noe vi også jobber mye med. Bizraise er tilgengelig som produsent av innhold, både organisk, og betalte annonser. I tillegg kan vi bistå med e-postmarkedsføring. Vi bruker Markedskonsult i våre tjenester innen markedsføring.

Valuation of fixed assets
Bizraise AS offers valuation of fixed assets with "arm's length" where auditors, lawyers and accounting firms need external confirmation of values in connection with, among other things. corporate sales, and in merger and fission processes. Banks, shareholders and others can also greatly benefit from such a tariff. The appraisal job is divided into the following parts:
- 1. Review of book value
We go through the company's fixed asset register and assess whether the fixed asset is in the correct depreciation class. We remove obsolete fixed assets and ensure that the list is correct. - 2. Verification
We carry out a physical verification of the fixed asset and document this with pictures. - 3. Finding real value in the market
Via contact with buyers, administrators, dealers, as well as active use of www.finn.no and online databases, we find the current market value. www.finn.no og databaser på nettet, finner vi dagens markedsverdi. - 4. Report with documented deviations
We document discrepancies between book value and market value, which are presented in a clear report.
Strategy work
Strategy work concerns what the company or organization wants, and how to get there. Key terms are "vision", "mission", "values", "milestones", and "involvement". We use well-known models and methods, such as SWOT, Porters5, PESTLE and Business Canvas, to find the best possible "run" for each individual company or organisation. We are very keen that the strategy work is anchored throughout the organisation. We can plan, implement and oversee complete strategy processes in small and large companies and organisations.
Board work
Board work is so much more than delivering information to the tax authorities. A board can be the company's most affordable consultancy. A large board has more expertise than a small board. A good and well-functioning board consists of people with complementary skills, diverse experience, and from both sexes. Bizraise assists with the recruitment of board members for companies and organizations, board composition, board evaluations, facilitating board meetings and general meetings, and we can take on the role of secretary and board resource.
